Hey, I’m Bevin
Through years of experience working with those in crises across a variety of settings, I have worked alongside clients to help them develop the capacity to exist with their emotions and move past their pain and trauma. I help people regain their autonomy by focusing on their goals. I don’t come in with a set treatment plan for clients. I listen to their needs and ask them where they’re needing support.
I believe all clients have the capacity to heal within them and that there may be small tools to help them connect with their intuition and inner wisdom. In my sessions, you’ll do most of the talking and I’ll just magnify you’re inner voice.

In work with me, you’ll make peace with your body and food. Rather than demonizing food and starving yourself to make the number on the scale lower, you’ll make health promoting choices and nourish your body. Are you ready to look in the mirror and like what you see? That requires a mind shift, not a weight shift
Individualized nutrition recommendations-- no meal plans that you’ll never follow
We’ll work collaboratively to meet your nutrition goals and needs without a hard to follow meal plan of foods you’ve never eaten before. I will take your preferences into account and make recommendations to gently steer your towards healthier choices.
Mindfulness based therapy for a variety of concerns
Get more in touch with your body and emotions to feel more connected with your loved ones. Stop missing your life due to rumination and worries.
Weight neutral care-- Get healthy while ditching the scale
I will help you focus on your health goals in a sustainable way. 95% of diets fail, leading people to regain weight within 5 years. I will help you incorporate health-promoting behaviors without encouraging you to fight your body.
